What’s Included in the AI Package
AI Shield (Previously called Amber Shield)
60 minutes of AI outbound security calls per year The AI will call customers automatically for critical events such as: (Device Tamper / Power Cuts, AI Shield Breach, Collisions)
120 minutes of Ambi in-app conversational AI per year Customers can speak to our AI assistant for instant help with things like vehicle status, trip history, alerts, how-to guidance fleet insights etc.)
What can the Amber Connect AI help me with?
It can answer almost anything about your vehicle or fleet that’s already available inside the Amber Connect platform. Think: live vehicle status, trip history, alerts, driver behaviour insights, feature explanations, or simple “how-to” guidance inside the app or portal.
Does the AI work offline?
No. It needs an active internet connection to process your voice and fetch live vehicle data.
Can I speak naturally to the AI?
It identifies the event, explains what triggered it, guides you on the next steps, and checks whether you’re aware of the activity.
What exactly does the AI caller do?
Yes. Normal conversational tone works best. Short replies like “Yes,” “No,” “Activate recovery,” or “Disable engine” get the quickest response.
Is the AI recording my voice?
No. It listens only to understand your reply in real time. The audio isn’t stored.
