Our monitoring operations are covered by skilful, well-trained monitoring teams who effectively manage our state of the art computerized alarm monitoring response bases, across the island. Once our team receives an alarm signal at the base, we respond and immediately dispatch an Armed Response team. Our large fleet of response vehicles are permanently on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Every Hawkeye response vehicle is in constant contact with our response bases as they share critical information regarding alarm activations or security issues, which may arise.
